Made from super lightweight polyamide with an all over custom leopard print, the Mud Jacket from A.P.C. has a raised collar neckline and a zip-through front. Styled similarly to a shirt with jacket elements, there are two side pockets and one neat chest pocket on the left side which all sit subtly within the rest of the design. The long sleeves have wide cuffs on the wrists without any fastenings, resulting in a clean look. Flat-fell seams have been used throughout construction which not only provide a secure seam, they also help the fabric to sit neatly against the body.
Standing for Atelier de Production et de Création, A.P.C. is a Paris based brand known for designing elevated everyday basics through a focus on cut, fabric and detailing. SS19 looks to the 1950’s for silhouette inspiration with tones of blue being a main feature.
